Conditions of Use

By accessing the kbx8 website at kbx8.io or any associated mobile application or platform ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines that may be published on the platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the complete legal relationship between you and kbx8.

Your use of the Service signifies your unequivocal acceptance of this Agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. kbx8 reserves the right to require you to confirm your acceptance in writing or through an explicit in-platform acknowledgement at any time.

To register and maintain an account on kbx8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kbx8 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction currently active on the kbx8 platform or any platform operated by our affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on kbx8. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. All wagering activity must be conducted solely for your own personal account.

kbx8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at the time of registration and at any subsequent point during the life of your account. This may include requesting copies of a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document, as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kbx8 may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kbx8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including selecting a strong unique password that is not used on any other platform and enabling two-step verification where available.

You agree to notify kbx8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any breach of your login credentials, or any other security incident that may affect the integrity of your account. kbx8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• You must not share your kbx8 login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not access or attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.
• kbx8 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Sessions left open on shared or public devices are your responsibility. Always log out when using shared devices.

All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, will be treated as your activity unless you have reported an unauthorised access incident to kbx8 prior to the relevant activity occurring. kbx8 applies session monitoring and anomaly detection tools to identify suspicious account behaviour, but these tools do not constitute a guarantee of account security.

kbx8 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at kbx8's sole discretion. All payment method details, including minimum and maximum transaction limits, are displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits Deposits are credited to your kbx8 account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kbx8 does not impose a fee on standard deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kbx8's control. You should check the terms of your mobile wallet or bank before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawals Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with kbx8's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by kbx8's payments team. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash & Nagad: Average processing time of 15 minutes following verification clearance.
• Rocket & Upay: Processing time of up to 2 hours during standard operating hours.
• First-time withdrawals: May require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000: Subject to enhanced due diligence review and may take longer.

kbx8 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to your payment method if we have reason to believe a transaction is fraudulent, was made in error, or is connected to prohibited activity. Chargebacks initiated by players against kbx8-related transactions will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of all associated winnings.

kbx8 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are stated on the individual promotion page. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are displayed on the promotion page. Live dealer games and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credited to another account.
• kbx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer will retain their existing bonus balance subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Systematic abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on kbx8 are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between general platform rules and sport or game-specific rules, the sport or game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific market or game title.

kbx8 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, odds or pricing error, market integrity concern, or where the outcome of the event is already known at the time the bet is placed. In all such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance without any winning amount.

• Cricket: All cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or weather-affected matches are settled in accordance with Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules where applicable.
• Slots & Casino Games: All slot and casino games on kbx8 operate on certified random number generators (RNG). RTP percentages for each title are available within the game information panel. kbx8 does not alter or override the RNG outputs provided by our certified game studio partners.
• Esports: Esports betting markets are settled based on official tournament results as declared by the relevant tournament organiser. Matches affected by disconnections, rule violations, or disqualifications are settled in accordance with the tournament's official ruling.
• Live Games & Crash Games: Live game outcomes are final once the game round has concluded. Technical disconnections on the player's end during a live round do not entitle the player to a refund of their stake where the round has completed normally on the server side.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game titles. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface and may be adjusted from time to time at kbx8's discretion. kbx8 reserves the right to impose individual player-level betting limits where irregular betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kbx8 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals withheld, all bonus balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform. kbx8 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

• Operating, accessing, or registering more than one account on kbx8, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification procedures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in a manner not intended for human recreational use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided and recovered.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in live dealer games, or sharing insider information about ongoing matches.
• Attempting to launder money or use the kbx8 platform for any financial crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including opening accounts under different identities to claim welcome bonuses or promotional credits multiple times.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kbx8 staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Attempting to access the kbx8 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content published on kbx8.io, including but not limited to the kbx8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of kbx8 or its licensed content providers and game studios. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kbx8 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kbx8 content in any form or through any medium without the prior written consent of kbx8.

• Game content, including titles, graphics, sounds, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is licensed to kbx8 for display on the platform.
• Unauthorised scraping, mirroring, or systematic downloading of kbx8 platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.
• The kbx8 name, logo, and associated brand marks may not be used in any third-party advertising, affiliate campaign, or social media content without express written authorisation from kbx8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbx8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the kbx8 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, kbx8 specifically excludes all liability for the following:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or device failures on the player's end during an active game session or bet placement.
• Any temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity. All betting and casino gaming involves inherent risk of financial loss. kbx8 does not guarantee winnings or returns on any wager.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, where such delays are outside kbx8's reasonable control.

kbx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, kbx8 will notify registered account holders via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the kbx8.io homepage. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or restructuring of section layout without alteration of substantive meaning) may be made without individual notification.

Continued use of the kbx8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date. Account closure requests should be submitted to [email protected].

kbx8 may terminate or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• kbx8 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• kbx8 reasonably suspects that your account is being used in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within 14 business days.

kbx8 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. kbx8 provides a suite of player protection tools that all account holders are encouraged to use proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within your account settings to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum play session durations with optional reminder alerts.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you be excluded from all kbx8 marketing communications and re-registration attempts.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic in-session notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and total wagered in your current session.

kbx8 prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Where kbx8 has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering tools to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating for the Bangladesh market.

In the event of any dispute between you and kbx8, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, kbx8 will work with you in good faith to identify an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

kbx8 maintains comprehensive records of all account activity, transaction history, bet placements, game rounds, and player communications. These records shall be considered the authoritative source of information in any dispute resolution process. Where there is a discrepancy between your records and kbx8's server-side records, kbx8's records shall prevail absent clear evidence of error on our part.
